This circuit is a 7.5km loop that starts at the popular Bath Beach. It features one of the largest naturally occurring waterfalls on the island, many wildflowers, and remnants of the old train line. Along the journey, adventurers will learn about some of the history of the historic train-line and the new Barbados Trailway Project, while also taking in information about the Codrington College and its surrounding community.

While soaking in the history, adventurers will traverse interesting trails along the coast, however, it must be noted that this route has a moderate amount of road that ventures up and through the Welch Town community. This exposes hikers to another side of Barbadian community that not many are aware of. This often lends to a teaching or appreciative moment of some of the hardships of the forgotten communities on the island.

Lastly, the trail ventures through the Consett Bay area that has several diverging paths for persons of varying levels of adventurousness, with the ultimate adventure being the Chalk Hill descent.

Overall, this circuit is rated as a medium to difficult venture due to its physical challenge. Adventurers will visit several beautiful lookout spots for photo opportunities that encourage even the most picture shy persons to stop and take in the greater outdoors.
